LOC provides engineering and design services across the shipping, oil & gas, defence and renewables sectors. Our multi-discipline teams can provide all levels of engineering including concept design, pre-FEED, concept select, FEED, and detailed design for all lifecycle stages of an offshore asset, whether fixed or floating.

LOC’s design engineering expertise covers a wide range of applications from vessel conversion to offshore transportation and installation (T&I) and full vessel design. Our designs can also be supplemented with CAPEX and OPEX estimates for assets and marine operations.

LOC often provides engineering services for FPSO conversion or the conversion of a vessel into a pipelay or cable lay ship covering the full scope of the conversion engineering.   LOC also has extensive experience in providing design engineering for offshore mobilisations, mooring design, vessel upgrades and site specific assessment for jack up rigs and other site specific assets.

LOC provides concept design and engineering services for offshore renewables projects through Innosea.
