Since 1979, LOC has been providing high quality consulting and engineering to our clients through our global network of offices. LOC’s role is to understand a client’s technical requirements, define the technical problem, then undertake the most appropriate engineering assessments to allow us to provide focused advice or solutions to the client.

LOC’s engineers are commonly engaged to assess all manner of offshore structure including floating structures such as ships, jack-up units and FPSO’s, as well as fixed structures such as offshore platforms and port infrastructure.

Studies for marine operations commonly include operability assessments, extreme environment analysis and fatigue analysis.

Our extensive engineering expertise is delivered by a multi-disciplinary team that provides Marine and Engineering Consultancy and Engineering Services globally.
