Zhang Libin

Zhang Libin started his shipping career in 1989 after graduating from the JiMei Marine Institute, in Xiamen, China. During his nearly 22 years at sea, he served on general cargo ships, container ships and bulk carriers in roles from Assistant Office, Third Office, Second Office, and Chief Mate to Captain. During the years were served on Bulk Carrier and other kinds of cargo vessels as Captain on the route between Asia, Europe, Africa and America. He joined London Offshore Consultants Tianjin China, in March 2009 as a Marine Consultant. He has attended marine casualties and surveys on behalf of P&I Clubs, Admiralty Lawyers, Owners and Insurance interests including damage, condition/suitability/on and off-hire surveys and pre-purchase inspections.
