Kervin is the Country Manager at ABL’s office in Perth, WA, responsible for the management of resources for the provision of MWS on multi-billion dollar energy projects throughout Australia and provision of insurance costs, legal and expert witness on energy projects.
Kervin has a wide variety of experience on energy-related Projects, dealing with both the design and installation of offshore oil and gas structures. He has been involved in a number of high-profile offshore construction projects in Australia. These have included subsea and pipeline installation projects, STP Buoy & Mooring installations, heavy topside float-over installations, jacket launches and installation, caissons float-off and installation, offshore heavy lift installation, trailered and lifted loadout, and FPSO & semi-submersible new build and extensive project long lead transport approvals for oil and gas and mining projects.
