Civil EngineerKeith joined LOC in 2002 and is a Shipping Technical Director, based in London. He is a Marine Civil Engineer with 40 years’ experience in the marine and offshore oil and gas industries. Keith specialises in the investigation of fixed and floating object damage and civil engineering consultancy services to ship owners, P&I clubs, lawyers, insurance companies and port operators. Keith’s work includes the costing of repair options, management and supervision of repair contracts, and port design consultancy. His experience also includes quayside gantry crane casualty investigations and their demolition, removal, repair and replacement. Keith was based in our Houston office for nine years and has detailed knowledge of the US, Central and South American regions. He has provided expert deposition evidence in the US. Before joining LOC, Keith worked on several major offshore oil and gas field developments projects. He has authored a guide book on Fixed Object Damage published by LOC.
