About
Graduate of Dalian Ocean University in shipbuilding and offshore engineering, Felix has more than ten years of experience (more than five years of experience as SOMWS) working on oil & gas projects in China and Singapore as a naval architect / structural engineer and marine warranty surveyor. Experienced with Finite Element Analysis for Structures – Global & Detail, Transportation Analysis & Sea-fastening Design, Towing Arrangement, and Heavy Lifting Arrangement & Analysis.
As a Naval architect with LOC (Now ABL Group) since 2013, he has been providing marine warranty survey services on a number of high-profile offshore projects such as Gorgon, Ichthys, and Kikeh, undertaking project management, document review work and site attendances to witness and approve critical marine operations such as lifting, seafastening, load-outs and transportation of offshore platform, reels, line pipes, wind tower sections and project modules and high-value project equipment.
