Cris Partridge

Master Mariner
Cris is the Operations Director for LOCME. Holding a MSc in Marine Operations, he is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers and a Liveryman of the Honourable Company of Master Mariners. With more than 30 years’ experience in the marine industry which started as a deck rating, Cris completed his seagoing service as Master on general cargo vessels. Other seagoing experience includes container, passenger and freight ro-ro, capsize bulkers, research and AHTS vessels. Before joining LOCME Cris was employed by Clyde & Co., London as a Master Mariner / Investigator. His MCI experience includes high value, high fatality casualty investigation, CTL and partial losses, pollution incidents, groundings, collisions, cargo damage and associated claims. Cris has extensive MWS experience with on and offshore projects, including being Project Manager. Cris is an accredited OVID surveyor who also undertakes vessel suitability and condition surveys on behalf of owners, charterers and insurers.
